Students from across the West Coast have the opportunity to meet with news managers to go over their resumes, DVDs, and more. Students and aspiring journalists will get one-on-one attention with news directors and executive producers from across the country who can give them a "leg-up" in the job search process. Some of the topics will include: how to get & stay hired, separating yourself from the pack, need-to-know skills, interviewing 101, telling good stories, and the truth about one-man-banding.
