Are you a Radio Reporter, or a New Media Reporter?
Minidiscs are out, flash cards are in. Learn the latest technology for reporting on radio and the internet. Do you really need a video/still camera worth thousands of dollars to post news video on your webpage? Do you really need a big recording deck to use in the field? Did you know your Iphone is a great piece of audio field gear? Award-winning reporters, Steve Gregory and Eric Leonard (From KFI-AM in Los Angeles) will show you how today's gadgets are helping radio reporters, and those multi-media reporters who need to post news from the field. Also, learn how use of sound can take a normal-sounding wrap and make it something that listeners will remember. The seminar will feature hands on opportunities, open discussion and critique.
